OCD Diesel front mount intercooler kit (includes all piping, brackets, bolts ect)
OCD Diesel custom calibrated ECU 
OCD Diesel Performance thermostat
NPC Heavy Duty organic clutch
Genuine Bosch injector nozzle upgrade can be added to this package for 2.5 litre models!

Increasing the useable torque range and peak horsepower by approximately 35-40hp & 100+nm in 3.0 models, and 65hp/150nm in 2.5 models when coupled with 3 litre nozzles, while mitigating common issues such as EGR Failure, high intake temps due to the undersized factory intercooler, and keeping oil temperatures in check while towing or spirited driving with our performance thermostat, this kit will ensure your little ranger lives longer, uses less fuel, and pulls the way it should have from the factory!

For our remote or interstate customers this enables you to have your vehicle tuned using dyno verified calibrations we have developed over years of R&D with these vehicles.
it is highly recommended to have some sort of datalogging capability, be it a simple scan tool, or gauges to confirm boost, fueling or EGT is where it should be. it is common for these vehicles to have boost control issues that owners are not aware of, if this is the case we will help you through the diagnosis remotely.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that injectors are either new or sub 250kms old when deciding to tune your vehicle, we can supply genuine injectors with this performance package if needed, as they have a massive influence over reliability and the tune itself. 
this kit is purely aimed at good running condition, well maintained vehicles, no amount of performance parts and tuning can rectify worn components or lack of maintenance, and can very possibly reduce reliability or cause further issues if the vehicle has existing issues.
this applies to everything from your cooling system, fuel system, gearbox ect ect, everything in your driveline must be in good condition.
