2WD/4WD PJ/PK/UN Intercooler Kit

Your factory intercooler is holding you back — they are far too small even for a stock setup running factory boost. 

If you do any towing, spirited driving, or run larger tyres, the factory unit struggles to keep intake temps under control. 

Adding a bull bar? That only makes it worse. 90% of them block airflow to the factory intercooler, making it even less effective at shedding heat. 

As any turbo owner knows, they love cold, dense air. Denser air is critical for power, fuel efficiency and reliability. When intake temps sky-rocket, you lose all three. 

This upgrade replaces the factory intercooler with a much larger aluminium bar-and-plate core, and relocates it higher up behind the top grille — where it still gets solid airflow, even with a bull bar fitted.

Bigger tyres, heavier loads, hotter air? Not a problem anymore.
